Welcome To the Cake Decorating Portion of 4-H
My name is Natasha Hennigar and I will be your cake decorating leader for the year. If you have any questions or concerns please call me at 531-2070. You can also email me at nhennigar05@hotmail.com. If you cannot make a meeting please give me a heads up as soon as possible. All meetings will be at my house unless otherwise stated on the 4-H website.
For each meeting you are expected to have your hair tied back, fingernails clean and an apron.
You will also need the following which you can buy at the Bulk Barn in Bridgewater or Bayers Lake.
Tip #4, 16, 21, 67 and 131. These numbers are from the Wiltons Cake Decorating Program.
If you are unable to get the exact size of tip required you should use the tip size as close to it as possible.

Please remember if you use a set other than Wilton’s the numbers may not be the same.
You will also need for every meeting
(1) 10” decorating bag
(10) Disposable decorating bags
(3) Couplers
(1) Cookie sheet
Wax paper and tin foil
(1) Spreader for icing the cake
A bowl of icing unless otherwise stated
